Boron nitride ingot mold coating for aluminum casting products
Detailed Introduction:

Boron nitride ingot mold coating is a water-based environmentally friendly ingot mold coating applied to aluminum/zinc/magnesium ingot casting.
Boron nitride water-based casting coating is a water-based coating that is different from oil-based coatings in the market. It is environmentally friendly and safe, and is applied to aluminum ingots and aluminum alloy ingot casting, aluminum alloy gravity casting, and aluminum alloy low-pressure casting.
Boron nitride coating is a water-based coating that can be mixed with water in a certain proportion to help product demolding.

Mainly applied in the following fields

1. Cast demolding boron nitride has excellent adhesion to metal base molds, and the product is delicate and smooth, providing a smooth demolding interface. The interface formed can effectively isolate the aluminum liquid from the mold. By utilizing the excellent lubrication performance of boron nitride, aluminum castings are not only easy to demold, but also have a bright surface. By utilizing the non aluminum properties of boron nitride coatings, the aluminum liquid flows smoothly without obstruction, and the aluminum castings are formed without distortion. Especially suitable for large castings or complex parts that require a smooth surface of aluminum castings.

2. Glass demolding is suitable for metal based surfaces in contact with glass slurry, with excellent high-temperature stability and lubrication. During glass processing, it reduces surface defects of glass products and makes glass extremely easy to demold; It can also form a protective layer on the surface of the mold, extending its service life. Especially suitable for high difficulty deep bending, hot bending, hot melting, irregular shape, clear light and other curved glass processing.

3. Sintering and demolding of thermal conductive tubes can firmly attach to the central bar during the production process, forming a protective coating between the copper powder and the central bar. After high-temperature sintering at 800-850 ℃, the central bar can be easily detached, greatly improving production efficiency, extending the service life of the central bar, and reducing enterprise costs.
