Composed of refractory powder, binder, and admixture. Almost all refractory raw materials can be made into powders for preparing refractory mud. The ordinary refractory mud is made by adding a suitable amount of refractory clinker powder and plastic clay as a binder and plasticizer. Its strength at room temperature is low, and ceramic bonding at high temperature is necessary to achieve high strength. Chemical bonded refractory mud, which uses water hard, gas hard, or heat hard bonding materials as binders, undergoes a certain chemical reaction and hardens before reaching the ceramic bonding temperature.
Usage:
The lining of flow channels, diversion plates, etc. used for continuous casting and iron mold casting, the lining of heat treatment furnaces, dissolution furnaces, the lining of gravity casting risers and gates, the lining of soup barrels and spoons, all occasions that need to prevent cooling, and the joints and repairs of refractory materials.

Clean the area that needs to be coated with fire resistant putty, and soak the spatula in water before use to avoid adhesion with SDJZ-1150
Apply SDJZ-1150 onto the surface of metal or refractory materials, repeatedly scraping until the surface is flat
For SDJZ-1150 with a thickness of 10mm, it can be dried with a spray fire bucket for 30 minutes to one hour
The drying time for thicknesses above 30mm needs to be extended to more than 3 hours
